Information
Jose Madero - USA Tour 2026
The venue has a clear bag policy. See elpasolive.com for more info. Main Box Office at the Plaza Theatre. Reserved seating. It is recommended that Will Call tickets are picked up at least 1 hour before showtime. The Flying Balcony is engineered to safely flex under active crowd movement. During high-energy moments, guests may notice slight movement. This is a normal part of the balcony's design and does not indicate a safety concern.
